Valley

of  Yin

陰谷 (yīn gŭ), the water within water, is the ultimate yin, our greatest state of receptivity, rest and stillness.

Lucy Bardwell

A Chinese Medicine & Naturopathy practice in Northern NSW. Valley of Yin is here to support you through every season of life.

Acupuncture treats the body as whole, restores physical and emotional  equilibrium, and sets the stage for self-healing. In an era of touch-deprivation, and chronic stress that permeates at a conscious and unconscious level, acupuncture can deeply recalibrate the nervous system.

I have studied classical chinese medicine, and use a combination of acupuncture, moxibustion, herbal medicine and chinese dietary therapy, individualising your treatment plan.

I’d be honoured to support you.
